When you use our AI assistant, we may process the messages you submit, limited conversation history and a browser identifier used to continue the conversation. When you browse the site, our systems may receive technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location and cookie or local-storage identifiers.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser, and from service providers that help us operate the website and S4-ERP customer-management services.
